Contact our key liaison officer via email (ubczool-g-keys@mail.ubc.ca). Please include the completed Zoology lab and field safety training form (to be completed by the person needing access and the supervisor) as well as the certificates for the completed safety courses.
The email should be sent by the supervisor/PI and include the following information:
- Full name
- Status on campus (e.g., M.Sc. student, sabbatical visitor)
- Copy of front and back of UBC Card
- Email address
- Completed Zoology lab and field safety training form
- Certificates for the required safety courses listed in the Zoology lab and field safety training form
